Neil Raphel is one of the founders of Raphel Marketing. He has a 20-year background in direct marketing and he has co-authored several books.
Neil also has a background in finance and law, and was president of a commodities trading firm in New York City. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of Texas Law School.
Janis Raye

Janis Raye heads the turn-key direct marketing programs for Raphel Marketing. She also is responsible for projects involving customer focus groups and other marketing research.
Janis has a MBA from Columbia University and is an alumna of Wellesley College. Prior to joining Raphel Marketing, she worked in customer and employee relations at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Citicorp.
Murray Raphel

Murray Raphel is one of the world’s leading speakers and consultants on direct marketing, advertising and promotion with an emphasis on taking care of the customer.
Murray writes monthly columns for 4 magazines and an e-newsletter, “The Raphel Report.” He has authored and co-authored 11 books on marketing. His most recent book is “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Winning Customer Loyalty.”
Ruth Raphel

Ruth Raphel was a co-developer of Gordon’s Alley, a major retail complex in Atlantic City and New Jersey’s first inner city pedestrian mall. She was involved in all aspects of marketing, advertising and promotion, and was a merchandise buyer for Gordon’s clothing store.
At present Ruth is a marketer, editor and consultant for Raphel Marketing. In addition she creates presentations and produces Murray Raphel’s seminars.
